Workers' Compensation

Workers' Compensation coverage is for accidents or disease arising from employment as prescribed by the Workers' Compensation law.  Benefits can include lost wages, medical expenses, and permanent disfigurement or disability payments.  The Employer’s Liability section of the policy provides coverage for all sums of which you are legally obligated to pay because of bodily injury by accident or disease sustained by any employee and arising out of their employment.
